What to do?
When a headache hits, sit up straight on your chair with your chin tilted slightly down (Posture is of utmost importance). Then lower your head, tuck your chin into your chest, and feel a stretch at the base of your skull. Use your fingers to apply a steady, slight pressure to the top of your head. This will provide a deeper stretch. Hold for 15 seconds, and repeat as required.

The base of your skull contains four key muscles known as the sub occipital muscles. Stress, fatigue, and lack of exercise can cause these muscles to contract, which can lead to tension headaches.
