1. Go green
You can keep an Aloe Vera plant which will produce oxygen at night and will give you a peaceful sleep. You can also Plant a lavender shrub which will calm you down and lower the heart rate. Sometimes you can rely on plants for a good sleep. Don’t forget to keep them next to your bed.
